CCA final report reveals future policy shock for investors

The Climate Change Authority (CCA) report recommending a target range of 40-60% carbon emissions reductions by 2030 signals a "future policy shock" on climate ambition, which brings more policy uncertainty for investors, according to the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC).
